Bro welcome to the forum - uncluttered and clean setup. Personally I think YM was right in suggesting finer sand. If you are concerned then mix it with the larger chips. I used to have marine tanks and I used fine coral sand on top of undergravel filters - not really a problem and the filter worked fine.

AS for the specimens www.chilid forum has pics of all the chilids of the world with pics, Try that
