Default Best method to deworm or eliminate parasites.

A common problem when buying adult goldfish or wild angelfish is the parasites in the digestive system. What is the safest medicine or method to get rid of such intestinal parasites?
I'm thinking of feeding food with garlic in them n metro half yearly...

bro, what I am doing: no feeding before "deworming" for 2 to 3 days.

in the meantime, soak pellets with Epsom salt and distilled water.

feed twice a day for 3 straight days.

honest, everything will pass out during which wc daily too

I think this is one of the least toxic n most effective methods Epsom salt is just a salt so there is probably least effects on the organs.
Perhaps can take care to suck up all the sh*t after that.
