double tier or single tank? under $100 is a pretty good deal

Any tank maker for 3ft x 1.5 x 1.5 with back and side black oyama paper to intro with website and contact number.

you can check out the commercial marketplace forum. there are a few tank sellers and manufacturers there. perhaps you can ask them for a quote before you decide.
