Hi Jest,

Agreed with you pt 1 , they really can multiply and grows faster than indoor.

As regarding your 2nd pt , what do you mean by full potential, as in color of body or body size?

IMHO other than fissidens and Java Moss, putting those potted aquatic plants like Amazon Swords, Vallisneria, Wisteria in gravel in those ceramic/clay flower pots with no holes at the bottom, be it in a tank or tub would look pretty natural and beautiful too
