Default sick aro

we have a RTG in office for 3+years...

it used to feed on super worms, but then one day it decided to stop eating

we have tried changing food, full water change, giving medicine etc but nothing can make it eat

this has gone on for months...it is probably quite sick now...

anyone has any idea what to do? we are even considering giving it away to someone who is able to nurse it back to health...

A picture would help.

What are the water parameters? e.g. pH, NH3, NO2, NO3, temperature

When conducting the water change, did you add anti-chlorine and anti-chloramine water conditioners?

What's the tank size and filtration used?

Sometimes arowana go through a fasting period.

If you already clean filters, hope more frequent water change will help.
