Thanks....I bought alot of used stuffs from here.... a huge saving.
As for time, think it mainly in the initial stage. If u really love this hobby, u will actually be enjoying doing it.....@least that's for me..

I read through the whole thread... Imust say I'm really impressed by your grit determination & patience in this set-up of yours.
I have now resided in Malaysia & upon reading your thread, am tempted to start a similar set-up. Thank you for sharing your trials & errors.
By the way, is there any updated pictures of your set-up?

BTW!! can i ask a question. Where is the plant shop that you guys are all talking about at Boon Keng?? Which part of Boon keng?? Anyone knows the address! I would like to pay
