Its a good buy.. but as mentioned.. the only problem is that the T5 tubes use only 1 reflector which is not efficient enough. If each tube has its own parabolic reflector, you can see the great difference

Although i'm against that brat.
I must say the light fixture is very affordable. You can get it from Aquamarine at Jalan Kayu.

Talking abt this fixture , i came across a catalogue from Macro that shows a fantastic T5 lighting set that houses 4 tubes. Anyone interested can check out more abt the pricing from I-aquarium .

Hi where is I aquarium, is it a new fish shop? I seen the fixture in malaysia but not in sgpore yet

Good news for all whom have miss the sale of the cheap T5 HO fixture @ Aquamarine. I came across numerous unit @ the shop opposite Sentosa Marine in Pasir Ris. Their are retailing it for the same price as Aquamarine.
