Default Some Discussion on Sulphur Denitrator

Dear All , anyone of you guys using Sulphur Denitrators here? Am aware that the outlet of the denitrator must be hooked up to a Filter of Calcium carbonate thingy to up the ph level. Did u guys do it?
Think there is a distributor for some sulphur denitrator packed with carbonate filter along Seletar Farmway, maybe go check out tml.

Someone in SRC uses that. Infact its a H&S unit. The reefer is Melvin Tan. Check his tank tread. The H&S units runs on sulphur media and top layer is calcium carbonate(coral sand)

Yup Sulphur Denitrator is expected to be more efficient than to Bio DEnitrator, only concern is that you must remove the acidity of discharge by passing through carbonate or air stone to up ph. My friend who is now studying in France informed me of several brands of denitrators available there and asked me to check out here..all quite ex except for one ard EUR60 + which can last for 3- 4yrs , but must pass through carbonate filter.
