I am a newie to the hobbies. I understand from the shop at Y618 that shrimp need to raise in sox and not stone.... that is why i changed my tank to gex sox....i am still conditioning my tank. The uncle told me to condition the tank for 2 weeks and change the water after the first week and the 2nd week. then intro the shrimp 3 days after the 2nd week. Will that be good enough. He also didnt ask me to add in old sea mud..is that ok?? Is GH important? Can i ask how to check GH?? is a GH test kit or some kind of solution?? I just bought a PH test pen...quite ex...guess this is a expensive hobbies...I can only test PH and the water temperature at home now...is that enough. Hope to get advice from all bros here...thanks a lot!!!
