Default Chipped scales.

Hi bro is there any cure for chipped scales?
not the whole scale came off. Is like the scale is still there but the scale don't look curve like abit is break.

I guess with a UVc install on the main line (water to the main tank) will reduce the effect (chip scale)
Frequent WC will regulate the amount of bact. thus, will also reduce the scale chipping problem while it heal but u'll not expecting a uniforming recovery of the scale unless u pluck out the effected scale which I do not recommend.

the fundamental: good water parameters.

Use Any coral chips ? If yes , try changing it if it's used for too long.

not really sure of freq because it depend on your bioload and freq of WC.
For me, i change CC about once every 8months or so..

What is your tank size? how many compartment of CC u have?
