It is a reflection of what Ole is all about. He knows next to nothing about tactical changes and giving Tuanzebe only 1 min might as well not use him. All 3 goals were down to how slow our central defenders are and not being aware of the surroundings.
Unnecesary lost of 2 points

DeGea, responsible for the 1st Everton goal and should have been braver for try and block the shot for the 3rd goal. Wasted 2 points.

DeGea has on many occasions not tried to make himself big and get smashed in the face by forwards when they are one to one. Instead he tries to use his feet or like turn his body making it smaller and giving the forward a bigger opening for the shot. Think he got no bxxls. There are so many points we have dropped and matches lost because of timid play and mistakes from him. A goalkeeper's job is to prevent goals scored by using every part of the body.

Once you let the opposing team get a goal back, they will feel more confident, letting a 2-0 half time score become 2-1 so soon in the second half.

You can tell which players have guts and which have not.

Those players that form a wall are usually those who have the guts as they know they could be smashed in the face from the freekick taken against them. Those who are weak will duck out of the way when a shot is to their face, e.g. Liverpool's Thiago who was accused by pundits of ducking out of the way of the freekick taken by Fernandes for the 3rd goal in the FA Cup.

Ole does not know what he is thinking. Adding a sub, the ref would add another 30secs to 1 min and that was when Everton equalised. Worst was the sub committed an error and was even yellow carded. To top it off, HM simply did not play to the ref whistle at all

Pundits can talk rubbish at times but some logical ones talk some sense. Gary Neville is rated highly amongst supporters from other clubs for his logical and sensible comments. He has rightly hammered De Gea for his performance against Everton.

Gary and many of these pundits have criticised De Gea for his performance and crucial mistakes for the past 2 years. Against Everton, if he didn't make the mistake of palming out the ball right into the path of Doucouré to tap in, the last goal Everton scored would be insignificant.

City thrashed Liverpool at Anfield 4-1 courtesy of Alison 2 bad mistakes to take a commanding leading in the race for the title.
