Default Will IT black bar recover?

Hi all, just need some information on IT. Yesterday 1 of my 5inch IT got itself injuried on 1 of the black bar. So now there is a big white spot on the bar. The wound is not that serious and I had already added in medication. What I want to ask is that whether after recovering, will the injuried spot goes back to become black colour or it will remain a spot on the black bar.

Depend how deep was the cut if too deep then will be a mark there. Normal injury should be no problem to recover the black bar. any photo to show?

Thanks bro for the fast reply. From what I see, it is just a very shallow scratch. Hope it can recover fully. Will try to take a photo tonight if possible.

If im not wrong the colour might be little different upon really close inspection but from far should be the same after recovering.
