Exclamation ticks in my tank!

wat do i do when i saw tiny little ticks in my planted tank? i can see them 'jerking' around when the filter is off and the water is still. i tried adding boiled water but some still lived.

i was changing my scape when i saw the ticks so i removed all the plants and fishes, and drain the 50% of the water before adding boiled water, hopefully to kill them.

yes they were. look like baby brine shrimp, but doesnt swim like them. white in color
