Light requirement for water hycinthe

How much light does water hycinthe require?
planning to put it in my sump tank with a 1ft light with 10hours of light daily, is it enough?

I raised them in direct sunlight. They bloom and I have to end up taking them to LFS and giving them away.

Now I am no longer keeping them.
