theoratically, if the cert says it's XB, its XB.

If shops tell u its XB, but without cert, chances are its HB.

And if u buy its HB but pay for a XB and the cert says XB, then if u argue with the seller its a HB, they will say u dunno how to keep. U no tanning, u no WTT, u no water change 20% weekly, u anyhow feed and many more excuses.

Remember this - a good quality arowana will never come cheap.
Man-made quality will always be cheap in the end.

In fact, yr fish looks like HB to me. i could be wrong....

TS if got cert and price is what u looking for den just buy la...Some XB like HB quality and some HB can achieve XB quality.

End of the day u must like the fish den buy not because of what the cert says or what our opinion is.

Just my 2 cents

Cheers

If I see fish only die die it's hb to me. If see cert is xb I may wonder if im short change.
To pay xb price for hb standard is a no no to me. But mind asking why you buy a xb that look hb?

Thanks Vitor, prior to getting it, has it received any WTT? Cos as what i know WTT speed up the crossing in some cases. Cos some times i just wonder if xb no WTT, naturally how does it cross? at what age or stage? still learning. Aro keeping for 1yr only to be exact...hehe

is this the xb u refer to in your thread?
