I'm not the official photographer. They hired professionals for that kind event. I'm just the kaypoh hobbyist with a camera.

Some of the background had dirt or spots that were removed. Unfortunately, the tank conditions (very dirty) and lighting are not very condusive for photography.

As for the various queries on what camera/lens/settings, I was using a 100 mm macro lens with a Canon Digital SLR camera. I try to keep the shutter speed about 1/100 seconds and play with the aperture according. Some pictures are taken with flash whilst others are not.

Well I don't mind helping out when there are opportunities. The next Aquarama is in 2007 though.

I did cover the entire event for www.aquaticquotient.com as a favor. The photos are posted up on a daily basis since Wed.

If you guys haven't got sick of the event photos, I can show them as well. But I think there's too many of those around already.
