after planting all, realised scape is too bare.... went to see my stocks and randomly pick 1 of my favourite bucep.
Bucephalandra SUPER BLUE!!! this fellow is the smaller ones among those giant stalks i have because of space constrain after the "scaping" water filling in progress. as this is on top of my table and tank is right on top of power socket and my laptop, have to be careful about WCs... see the mini whilrpool created by the lily pipe. |

Bucephalandra SUPER BLUE! seriously like the blue shine on it..
however, have seen some even more nicer ones in which the blue shine is concentrated on the veins instead of the whole leaves look at the SKG and Red Cherry SKB and SB LMP, not so purplish under the picture. but much darker tone when viewed by bare eyes THATS ALL FOLKS! hope you enjoyed this little journal.. have to slowly update this thread when see new growth. adding some livestock later next week. |

For a small sized tank, keep small fish like ember tetra, ruby tetra or boraras Brigittae/merah/urophthalmoides, all orange/red based. For blue maybe galaxy danio or sudandanio axelrodi blue

Galaxy danio available at many LFS like C328 and Seaview, but do inspect carefully before you buy. These days with inbreeding, the golden spots in some don't show well. Choose those with good contrast.
Sudandanio axelrodi less easily available imo, I've seen them sometimes at Seaview and GC. |
