Will the followings going to happen.
Jose Mourinho clear to sign Mesut Ozil from Arsenal for £35m. Read that his wage demand is 300K per week! JM attempts to sign Bale in this Jan window as RM raises fund to sign Neymar during this summer. |

Now we have a week off before returning to league action with a home match against relegation-battlers and manager-less Stoke City.

So many players linked to us as usual...Now the question is, will the board release the funds?

Now a newly minted report that the board or rather Woodward desperate for JM to extend his contract to 2021, however JM wants to have a meeting with the board and to get more say in the club's transfer decision before agreeing to an extension of contract as well as to get the players that he wanted.
I believe in the first half of the statement given JM past's records and with PSG on the horizon but the latter part is kind of unbelievable because it is akin to giving an open cheque book and he has not offloaded any players yet. Shall the board get Simone in for a talk first instead if he is available? |

Chey, why suddenly Simone? Does it guarantee anything if we were to get him? Still will buy players n change the whole team n system to suit any new manager. Where's the stability?
Better if the board change Woody...buay chai when handling transfers... |

The media is really adding fuel to the "conflict" between Conte and JM.
Conte was asked during his postmatch interview after the Norwich game about how he would respond to JM's comment. Conte simply brushed it off by saying that JM does not know what actually happened (match fixing in Italy) and that JM was a "little man" in the past, present and even future!!!! But if we were to listen to JM's postmatch interview, he merely stated that 100% he will not be guilty for any match fixing and did not mention any managers at all!! Conte.....guilty conscience???? |

Mentioned Simone just a joke. I also don't think the board wants to restart the whole makeover again and one that will only happen if JM is leaving.
However abt Simone, other than appreciating him being a good tactician that we all already knew, he has a knack for working with youth, grooming them into 1st team and improving the existing players, bringing the best out of these 2 group of players. He has no need to pay sky high price for a new player as he knows who to get and blend him into his football philosophy. Other than the recent capture of Costa, he hardly spent huge amount on established players. Since the A.Madrid's hot shot, Torres left in 2011, he has worked wonders through his astute management and buying to bring AM to new heights and glory against the mights of the La liga giants' Barca and RM. HAHAHAHA. I find him too lazy though he is good upfront and supporting the strikers but highly possible that he might come to OT given his good relationship with JM.
Furthermore, with the high wage of Roo gone and the soon to be ZI too. OT is one of the few clubs in the world who can afford his wage demand. |
