I've given up on Singtel since back in school days, they keep insisting my service line is OK when it downs every few hours or super slow.
Final straw was I had a whole mth no internet, my Registered nick and IRC # was dereg coz they actually went to delist my email address (I was STILL A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!) Why the hell should i pay my hard earn money (Hello... i was still in Poly, had to pay my own sch fees somemore lor!!) and they totally BO CHUP about my feedback, even threatening me saying that if the technician come, there's nothing wrong, they will slap think $80? service charge to me. I know hardware wise nothing is wrong, it's the damn system they put me on. I mean, how complicated can ADSL system get? I put in filter, checked the lines, all no issue... and end up i flared and terminated the line for good. Had starhub all the way till date and very happy with the service too. In fact last year upon expiry they called me to offer me a largi cheaper broadband plan. And I've been earning starhub points + Everyday Card rebates which kinds of help. I'm NEVER, EVER going back Singtel again. I din even apply for landline when i moved into my new place 5 years back coz hub and I usually use HP for calls. |

Just started using Starhub Sim only plan.
Just asking those using MyStarhub app to check your usage, why it didn't show the next billing date? Where to check the billing date? Tks. |

Saw bus ad for Circles.Life and checked their web.
https://pages.circles.life/plan/ Base Plan - 6gb data, - 100min talk time - $0.05/sms + Plus Options - unlimited whatsapp [10,000min talk time, no free for video chat] - Caller ID - unlimited plan change - 4G speed $28/mth For those who uses a lot of data, add $20/mth for extra 20GB data (on top of 6GB). Porting of existing no can be done. Not sure if there are charges. Overall seems attractive. |

Am considering Circle line plan with Phone. hearsay hand set plus plan about $50 to $70 per month, depending on the handset that I wanted. Presently paying $61 for 12GB...old M1 plan. During weekend outing or visiting in laws, my kids and wife would hook up onto my plan. My present phone also very old liao. Recently, M1 offer me to re-contract, pay monthly $70+ handset (i.e SS Note 8 of one time payment of $258) but only 6GB. Told them off, been using for so long but no voucher at all. |

On Starhub no sim for sometime, always cannot receive signal at some places while my wife on Singtel can. Sometimes WA takes a long time to receive too.
