`

for poo, i dun go pick them up... to time consuming for a heavily planted tank.
if ur tank is mature, well cycled, good water flow and good filter, there is no need to pick up poo for a planted tank. I even have fishes dissappeared in my tank, too thick vegetation, cant find any thing inside. my pipe drop in, i caNT find too.

fert i use those comes in balls type. about 2cm in diameter. 7 of them in a pack, i just push them into the sand near the plants are spreaded across my tank.

Yes, all plants need CO2 to grow and survive. I would rephrase as "moss need not inject external CO2 into water to survive"

shld i put in any fert if the tank consist only moss?
For this, moss can survive and grow rather well without adding fert. BUT, for a very healthy moss/plants, CO2 and fert is needed.

Actually, moss dont need any substrade... one better way of growing moss is to, tie it to DW or any surfaces, be it rocks, stones, plastic mesh or metal mesh.

the plant in the picture should be hairgrass, what type of hair grass i am not sure...
perharps some bros can help on this?

My 2cents worth.

interested in moss? click here www.aquamoss.net

hmm... it depends on ur needs actually, many pple would like their glosso to creep lowly on the substrate in order to create a green carpet.
but yes, there are others who prefer their glosso growing up and long.
