If you want to have a good timer .. get the Diehl German timer.

250 MH right.MH is drawing in very high current.
Those timer contact cannot take the high current loading.
To improve your timer life it is good to add a relay or contactor
Choose a relay or timer that can take the MH current loading

I use before from toyogo and used on my mh 2x 250w although the 3rd mh is seldom on. realize the trick to keep it last longer is to stagger one or two min before the next mh lights up... Will it does last me for quite a while after experiencing faulty timer before. I want to try the soundtech next round... Duno how reliable not.
