Seems like juvenile local grey gourami to me .

I've kept all 4 types.
Only local grey have stripes along the body when young.
Could be mixed breed though. (local mixed with Sabah)

One of my favourite fishes, these. I also heard the high quality ones are from Sabah! Doesn't look like the usual RTG to me. The Red-tails have the prominent colors from a young age although if you were to come across the high quality ones, the red in their tails are really strong.

Oh and try to feed it veggies from time to time. They are omnivores but eat more veggies than meat. All the best and do update man!

I have a 7 pointer RT gourami. But pity the chew abit crooked like a plant root so I cut it off. Hope the chew will be straight when it grows back.
