Breeding Ray in 5ft x 2ft
I have one pair of pearl and pearl sp rays in a 5ft x 2ft x 2.5ft tank.
Has anyone been successful in breeding rays in this kind tank size (5ft x 2ft)? My rays have been together for 1.5 years now.. and both are matured. Male around 12", Female 14" (Yes.. I know the tank size is not ideal .. but upgrading is not an option now due to space constraint). |

Thank you all for the input.
There is still hope then. Just an update.. the rays sizes are actually much bigger now. Male: 14" and female: 17" There is one 40cm aro in the tank. Another question.. is there any tips on improving the breeding chance? Increase feeding? Change water more frequently? Lightning? etc? |

Since tanks are a constraint, you may want to think ahead and plan how you are going to house the pups once they are born.
