A few possibilities that I could think of, for causing cloudy water after water change:

1. You have laid a layer of sand in the tank and the it was disturbed during water change.
2. You clean the tank walls and the scrubbed off dirt polluted the water.
3. The sump pump and the outlet piping are dirty and need a good cleaning and flushing.
4. Sump tank is dirty and need some cleaning to be done.
5. Filter sponge is dirty and is time to wash or replace.
6. Your fish frighten by the WC and 'Lao Sia' polluting the water 😅

Hopefully one of the above is the cause of your problem and you could get it resolve....

Cheers
