How big is your pair? Mine's probably still too small, female keeps running away when the male chases & flares

Really soft water, trying to coax them into breeding. feeding fried blackworms and hikari cichlid gold.

Both male and female around an inch.

That's a really small pair! Mine's about there too. thanks for your info. might try to look for another female
