The current 3 do appear a bit lacking in experience.
Best arrangement may be to put tharman as PM for 1-1.5 term then 4G takes over.

New PM is voted by the party internally or appointed by outgoing PM?
Also not sure of OYK credentials to be considered in the running. Didn’t he lose out 2 elections back? Need to go read up on him

Supposed to be voted by the ruling party, but we would be able to guess who has the most influence in our current ruling party to "out-vote" everyone.

Singaporeans wants PROVEN party and MP. OYK is PROVEN having LOST in his debut and as a first term MP, he is a MINISTER (Education & 2nd minister of defense)

PROVEN leh... mai prey prey... This is the kind 70% wants. Probably the same group will vote favorable for him.

Uniquely Singapore, not difficult one.... GCT only PM for short duration of 14yrs before making way.
