Don’t see much help there. But bowel movement is more regular and also a good deterrent to common cold and cough.

If I feel symptoms of that, will just mix 2 tbsp of acv with honey and drink 3 times a day. Works till now

Was in KSL JB during the weekend so dropped by a heath food store where I once came across Braggs at their Aeon Bukit Indah branch. Was told it's been out of stock for like 6 months there.

Anyway, bought Radiant Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 750ml from them. Made in NZ for RM21, and yes, "with Mother". Color looks darker than these days' Braggs.

I am taking 2 teaspoon with 1 teaspoon of raw honey mix with 1 cup of water once in the morning before breakfast and before brushing my teeth. Took for a few years already.

Didn't notice that it aids in sleeping better as I always wake up at least once or twice to pass urine. After taking, having less flu. As for blood pressure and cholesterol, not sure as I am also taking medicines for that.

OK... apparently the recommended is to take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

By the way, the NZ one that I mentioned this morning is also available in Komtar JBCC too, if my eyes didn't fail me that evening. Was walking pass GNC next to Caring Pharmacy and I glanced inside.

The big bottle Bragg came in at NTUC. Small bottle at Unity shld be soon. Every Tues above 50yrs old at Unity got 5% off
