ABSOLUTE disgrace plus disgusting to hear of such steps taken for those that are paid top $$$ and yet neglect their roles...just hoping for the best is their strategy in this desperate course of action

This is a huge joke. Clearly, Top Management and staff (at least partially) are sleeping on their jobs. And who in the right mind will admit they have been sleeping on their jobs??

To come out with such request really puzzles me. If me har, straight away conduct company wide audit loh.

The CEO should really be sacked.

Its really a shame if we were to compare ourselves with other countries having similar train networks.

While other countries have to deal with natural disasters such as annual typhoons, flooding, earthquakes; and we are a very lucky country with no known natural disaster. Yet we can have this sort of flooding occurring in our MRT tunnels, it just bring us back to third world standards or stone age?

Other countries train networks has been in services way earlier than ours, yet we have more breakdown issues, signalling issues etc with a newer fleet.

Really wonder what is going on???

Last minute attempt to make their job easier without having to dig really hard for answers and expect their staff to spoon feed them what is done / not done?

When TOP management don't shown appreciation and respect to their staff.
When TOP management only care about their own bonus.
When TOP management ignore their feedback, their issue, their concern.

People lost respect on the TOP management
Morale will drop to the lowest point.

Staff will start to ask.
Why need to work so hard while the TOP management does not give a darn shit.

All of the above are very obvious in stat board. Worse if it is lead by an ex-officer and paper general. I have heard and seen many, these people are just not as capable as you think.
of course they are several good ones and I personally knew many of them.
But sad to say, for the above points nothing can be done, worse for the staff as their rice bowl will be threatened if displeasure shown. All cover each other backside.
