Final score probably a fair result. Wolves had been very good throughout their stint at the top of the league for the last 6 games.
RL should have won for us the game but he had to always wait for the ball to drop to his feet...wtf!!!! |

I believe JM had relegated EB to the bench cos of his inconsistency. Now all of a sudden, it is becoming very apparent that it was never really our back line that was in need of reinforcement. Our strikers had been far too inconsistent in front of goal to kill games.
After 6 premiership games........ AS is a far cry from his Arsenal days JL is merely fast but extremely poor finisher AM too unpredictable MR also unpredictable RL this season has wasted so many glorious chances to put the ball behind the net but more often then not, gets robbed off cos he must wait till the ball is properly placed on his left foot!!! On the positive, PP is beginning to show his worth LS has improved leaps and bounds VL and CS showing better understanding. MF a good relevation for the team. |

I would choose EB over VL.
In term of speed and analytical, EB better. |

I fully agree that in terms of speed and reading of the game EB is better than VL. Unfortunately EB tends to be pretty rash in many of his tackles and give away many dangerous free kicks (or penalties) in shooting range of DDG.

Dont know what went wrong with him.
If memory never fail me he was one of the better defender when he first came on board. Ever since his injury took place he was sidelined for some time. Hope he can regain his play time and rediscover his form back. |

if the performance was bad the next match should be seat warmer. JM too good to most of the players. SAF will definitely bench those under perform.

Luka Modric wins FIFA The Best award, ends Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi duopoly.
The social media is furious that Mo Salah won the Puskas Award for the goal he scored against Everton (which I honestly don't even remember) His goal cannot even be compared to Bale or CR, or even Kane or Ruben Neves. Yes it was a great goal but compared to the others???? David De Gea, Dani Alves, Sergio Ramos, Raphael Varane, Marcelo, Luka Modric, N'Golo Kante, Eden Hazard, Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Cristiano Ronaldo were named to the FIFPro World XI. A tribute match for the late Liam Miller.
United XI vs Ireland and Celtics XI Paul Scholes still pass the ball around well |
