Journal of my juv F1 Guariba red discus
Have been thinking of adding some new Wild discus to my existing tank of red discus At the same time, I happened to chance upon Bro Mark's post in his successful wild discus breeding.
About a month ago, manage to get a small batch of 5 juv F1 Guariba red discus from Bro Mark and decided to try this new project. Try raising these juv discus hoping to intro them to main tank in due time. Currently in 2ft grow out tank. Hope they turn out well. Thought of journaling their growth journey... Took a couple of days to settle into new tank. Started eating after few days.... After a month, they have grown. Feeding on beef heart, hikari Bio gold pellets, FBW and freeze dried black worms. Water change 70% every alternate day. On ohf and internal filter. Hand feeding them has been fun. Something my son enjoys doing every night. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2 |

Itchy, if this 2 ft good enough for grow-out. What's the difference with my 2 ft? Elaborate and let us learn.
