No changes to lighting bro. I only turn on 1 x 5ft daylight led. Thats it for the lighting. Previously for my black tank, i had to even turn on my t5. Ive since removed the t5. Going to market place real soon.

Ya just lay it down. For some reason the hydrostatic pressure will press the acrylic down firmly. Even when u try to pull it up, u will feel the pressure forcing it down. Wont move abit after u lay it in place.

Kudos to TS and bro Occellaus for taking time to take photo and share with us step by step on measuring and cutting of acrylic...

For me i did it the lazy way..i just aga aga gauge the distance from one end to the other right before the overflow and cut a rectangle shaped one...so have some black base for my rays also ...

I live ard jurong area so went to another shop instead Ying Kwang Acrylic Trading...those living near the west area can try that area...got MM on 2nd floor also
