there is another easier way of distunguising false cleaners from true ones, the false species will have an "underslung" mouth, compared to the true species having a terminal mouth [for picking at parasites]. those with more experience might recognise a blenny-look about the false cleaner.
great that your cleaner is eating prepared food, but it's not a very good fish to keep in such a small tank, it might harass your clown and tang almost to death. they need to have a lot of big slime-producing tankmates to thrive, in addition to eating high quality prepared food [like cyclop-eez], IMO.
then why do you all call my neon goby cleaner wrasse?

i got myself a true perc, wanna limit the bioload

quite easy to distinguish, take a good look at photos of each fish.

I thought it was a cleaner wrasse too, until I read goby...

I guess be it the real or false cleaner wrasse, if it accepts typical aquarium fare, it should do ok.

Here are some closeups of the neon goby:

I think this is a case of mis-identification. The colouration of the wrasse and goby may look slightly similar, but if you look closely and compare the photos with what you got, they have very different body shape and markings.

Don't worry, i don't think the fish would get too big for a nano setup. Cleaner wrasse(assuming what you got is the real cleaner wrasse) don't get too big.

ostrava:Tangs are not suitable for nano tanks as they need lots of swimming space. Tangs kept in a nano would eventually have to be sold off as they get too big or moved to a larger aquarium.
