My 5x2.5x2.5 marinetank
Just sharing my marinetank... presently there are 26 fishes, 3 corals, and 2 starfish.. thanks for viewing and comments are welcomed...
Fish list 9 banner fish 1 Sailfin tang 1 Hippo/Blue tang 1 Yellow tang 1 Naso tang 1 Powderblue tang 1 Panther grouper 1 Clown/Harlequin Sweetlips 1 Picasso trigger 1 Parrotfish 1 Blueface Angel 1 Koran Angel 2 Maroon clowns 1 Domino Damsel 1 Butterfly 2 Green chromis (did I miss out anyone???) Closer view Will be carefully selecting more corals to add in near future but looks like only leather, mushrooms and fingers seem compatible.... I give priority to fish so the corals are merely to colors to the usual scaping with LRs.... slight regret on adding the parrotfish as I wanted coraline algae to flourish.. hopefully with proper feeding it will stop grazing the algae... |

view from side of tank....
Initially I wanted a group of yellow tangs but opted for banners instead... no regrets the panther is one of my favorite.... manage to get the panther to take pellets... also feeding with live feederfish and ghost shrimp, and MP..... |

WOW......
cool tank you got there .... nice variation of fish.... I guess everytime you feel like relaxing, you'll just see them swim about. |

the Blueface should be the tank leader... so far tank inhabitants are peaceful.... my greatest worry initially wuz the 2 maroon clowns... small fights initially but now very peaceful...suspect its a male n female
this Sweetlips is currently taking frozen mysis shrimp and live feeders/shrimp only... I like this cute guy... slightly aggressive but so far does not pose any problems to tankmates.... eat almost anything... I wuz told this is the least fierce of the triggers.... |

Thanks.... any photos of yur old setup? Any tips are gladly welcomed.. Thanks... 850L tank (inc sump) using 5000L/H pump, Weirpro venturi skimmer (slightly underpowered, need upgrade soon!), Atman UV filter, lightings 1pc power glow pinkwhite, 2 pcs actinic blue all 18,000K each and 1 pc TFC white, water 29 deg celcius average, salinity 1.022, KH 13, PH 8.5 (slightly high huh)... what else did I miss out??.. the parrot is pretty shy and elusive.. can catch a glimpse in 3rd and 4th pic...will try to get a good shot and post soon... reason I took in this parrot its the color.. this pc display slightly deeper colors compared to the ones I've seen is most LFS as initially parrot wasn't on my wish list due to its rock eating nature.... hope this guy will be well fed and stop disturbing the rocks...
