Looks good but really ur glosso needs to be planted deeper into the soil.

Bro your temp is the reason your plants browning. You need a fan, it can bring you about 2degrees lower. Chiller no point for a nano. A ventilated space works best.
Your lights if too weak will cause your glosso to grow upwards. Stronger lights will help it spread sideways.
CO2 will defintely help.
