btw... No, u dun need a huge pot.
In fact I'm using those daiso pot... 12" diameter thereabouts. My office one i out in a small planter box, plant together with the hibiscus. Plenty of water plenty of sun... and trim trim trim.. after every harvest, TRIM!!! And new fruits will appear. Kind of like grapes.... likes a good hard pruning |

I thought is mealy bugs that cause the ants to come? If rid of mealy bugs, ants will be gone.

to be honest, best way to remove bugs is to psychically remove them. I do that all the time with the fruit trees and hibiscus plants as well. difficult and a bit digusting but just kill them on the spot lol. Another way would be to trim the plant hard.

Pic for barney... coz i think he's curious how big it takes before it fruits.
My soon-to-be harvest. Tat's a 1.5l bottle sticking. I use those self watering spikes stuff now and den to maximize the water from WC.... and during super hot days. Those red stuff are not ripe.. I usually wait for them to turn black 1st... red= sour, black= sweet |
