They say they are their own check and balance leh.... who to doubt them when they sell koyok say their koyok best.

Can any company audit their own account? Why AHTC cannot do own audit when it's only a TC, but PAP can ownself check and balance the whole country? Sibeh funny leh, i think so much still can't find a answer.

Just curious. Can remember which blocks in Mei Ling St are these EAs? In Bt Merah district, there are very limited EA/EMs.

Clarence Lane also sibeh ho leh... very high valued flats there.... believe your 5rm can fetch you above $800k.

Blocks 147 to 150 are EA blocks.
I sold my Clarence Lane 5A about 6 to 7 years after taking keys to move next to a primary school.
Last transaction there was a unit 1 floor above mine at $880k in December 2016.

Resale levy possible to waive under special circumstances. This article from yahoo.sg mentioned a single parent family manage to get it.

Dun believe everything u read.
It's not that easy to have the levy waived.
I dunno how they define special circumstances cos I have met similar case as reported in the above link and it is not waived.

HDB say building cost go up, Main contractor always kpkb that contract sum went down so money go where??

Money goes into the State's coffers to pay for our MIWs' salaries.........

Appeal fails as expected by bros .....

However , the way they deal with me is slow and totally heads down.

They took 3 days to reply and took another two weeks to reply , repeating the first email's content when I questioned the levy....
