Bio-load still under control , cos all your fish quite small . Ray not suitable for you cos you have pleco and ff ... they will suck the ray to death .

U can chose either 1. Pleco or ray.
Bioload can be maintain with gd medias.
Bt if all the fish has grown up, bioload
too high then got to let go some.
Just my opinion.
