Default DI water for arowana set up

Hi. I'm new to aro. Planning to set up one.
I have a di system at home for my salt water tank. Wonder should I use it for my arowana?
Thanks

Not a good idea for aro, imho.

Perhaps only use as top up water.

If tank filling or WC with deionised water, the mineral/ion replacement be rather tedious.

If you're in Singapore, then tap water with suitable water conditioners is sufficient. Don't need DI water.

I know some countries use ground water, then maybe partial DI might be required.
