Aro fins getting shorter

Hi
Been having issue of my xback fin getting shorter and shorter. I dont really have time to take care of it properly. It should recover with clean water and bigger tank.
Thinking of letting go to someone who can take care of it as well.

Clean your tank walls.
Whenever I'm lazy cleaning the tank walls, those fishes that got the Habit of brushing their fins and tails on the tank walls will be affected.
