I like to crack my fingers...now my right hand middle finger pain for two mths alr and difficult to bend and point straight. Of course no more pointing middle finger.

So how, tell doc "Doc I cant point middle finger"?

No diabetes as i just had my blood test.

Its the joint at the palm. Very morning wake up its stiff and need to do some closing and opening of plam to loosen it.
Sometimes sleeping accidentally bend it also pain.

Guess is arthritis.

No piano, but always pull finger to make the cracking sound.

Try piano, it will loosen up the stiffness.

Use both methods of cracking.

Stop holding things in this right hand, eg phone and tablets.
