hey bro's my brother recently got 2 clown loaches from this guy but they both have bent pelvic fins? Should he clip them?

The pectoral fin may not grow back nicely when clipped. But you can try and let us know but judging from past experience with goldfish, not easy to re-grow the hard part of the fin.

I agree, best to leave it as it is, anyway CL when kept in small numbers are easily stressed, especially when you even think of taking out for surgery...
