I would guess when they reach 14 or 15 inches?? how many you keeping?? the more u got, the sooner you have to shift them... but then i am a noob to arowans!! heehee.. silvers have the same beauty as other more expensive varieties i think... must learn to appreciate them... just spent the last half hour looking at them swim around.. so cute!!

4 for now, was thinkin of shifting them soon, but was hesitatin cos i'm afraid my 15" jardini might "bully" them.

was lookin forward to comm silvers with blacks. good combination ??

Sounds like a nice combo... where do you get your blacks from?? i used to see many of them but i hardly see them now.. the 15 incher may bully them... smaller aros tend to get bullied... fren told me that...

lookin ard when some bros & LFS owners told me the season for blacks are coming in 2-3 months time, cant wait !!

if my biggest silver still ard (died today, 11"+), could've join the jardini in 1-2 months time...gee...

they are so cute. makes me want to keep a silver too.

guess you have to take care of water parameters as 9 of them would give heavy load to your filteration.
