Bro, I believe it's more about whether you like them or not and not the value of the fishes.

For me both also buy as to me both also nice haha.
Both worth the money if you think both are nice.
side track a little heard the prices of ITs have raised for the past 2 weeks. Heard from a LFS from the west

Get what you like not what market demand. 3bar clean IT is harder to find thus bit more x. Seen some clean 3 bar 2.5inch IT at nks selling $18 , bigger 4inch one at $30, reasonable. You can go take a look.

Agrees with both bro. You buy the fish that you like regardless it is 3 bar / 4 bar and not regarding about the value of the fish.

Selection of IT which is 3 bar or 4 bar, highback or not highback, all these is just an expection of individual.

But we do like to buy stable tiger

Just to add a bit, now no matter 3 bar or 4 bar, as long as your water can maintain good parameters your tiger will be a beautiful tiger. Not about buying clean bars or not, more to how you can stablize them.

A funny tot here, I think each tiger stabilize under different tank environment. One of my big 3 bars stabilized only in black tank, while another stabilize in small 2ft tank, so the question is our tank can have only one biotype, cannot satisfy all the different tigers' need, how? Another tot is all Tigers can be stabilize, only under their fav tank environment only. Seen some IT in tank forever orh orh, but put into pond only become kim kim ever since.
