Yup. Best plant them like this in your tank. And when they spread will spread very nicely.

Another thing you should take note as well. Plant the glosso deeply into the soil leaving only the leafs exposed only. Like this they will spread nicer.

I don't like too many plants in there. Majiam jungle and then hard to spot any shrimps also. Not to mention if got pest in there lagi cannot spot.
