But will be still PAP ward cos high chance a 3 party fight for the by election - maybe 2 yrs later.

If due to wrong doing as it looks like, the party shld foot the bill for the by-election or lose the right to nominate.
They put up a lemon, they shld take responsibility more than just verbal. |
