Question id this fish

could someone ID this fish? is this a kind of tetra? thanks!

i think the name is some kind of glass fish.. the colour at the top is dyed.. it will faded as it grows..

It's a Chanda ranga, albeit a dyed one. Never buy dyed fish!!!
