think for those bros who wants to buy and keep them must be prepared to have a 4' tank ready if keeping more than 2 of them. though they are cute and small, they need the space. Much higher ratio than our fishes to their space needed.

read thru some of the websites saying they need space to jump!! so that would translate to a great deal of space needed le.

then once they are settled down in their new environment, they will be singing in the night. So those who doubt their parents/oc would enjoy a single word orchestra for the whole night, might wan to think twice.

IMHO, don't wan to see another fever where alot of ppl buy then provide a wrong environment for these cute creatures.

though they are palm size only, remember, they can jump more than 10 times their body length. They need to jump, if not, they are not kapo...

Male frogs should reach about 3" in size and female about 4".

Something interesting I read while researching.

"The female expels her eggs with such a force that they go through the deposited sperm cloud and stop up to half a meter away."

"The skin secretions of the frog have antibacterial and antiviral properties that may prove useful in pharmaceutical preparations."

A 2.5' X 1.5' tank will be nice for 2 frogs IMO.
Not that a tank half the size will house 1 frog. They are different from fishes.
These frogs need the space to jump. So 2.5' X 1.5' can house 1 or 2 frogs.
