I am new to oscar, just bought 3 from malaysia today, they are 1.5 inches. I don't what species they are. Its black with red dots. (1 of it color not nice single grey color). RM5.80 ea.
I put them in a 3FT tank, with drift wood, with river gravel and stone. I'm using a dolphin OHf fiter. I'm feeding them with pellets and frozen red worms. Hope to learn from you the lao jiao here. |

One of the oscar I mention not so nice in my previous post is not grey, after I observed closely. It reflect a little tinkish of golden color with very vague spots. Is it also the Red oscar tiger??
There are only this 2 color oscar in the LFS, I dun like the single color oscar at first but I chose it because its the biggest size among the school of oscar and the shape quite nice. |
