When treating with Prazi, you want to kill all parasite (except your bb) in the system. Anyway, Prazi will deactivate in water after a few days so not to worry. When I do Prazi in QT tank without filter, just air stone, this is my method for known infectation, extreme kiasu method, haha.
Day 0 = add Prazi Day 2 = 100% WC, add Prazi Day 4 = 100% WC, DO NOT ADD PRAZI for two days Day 6 = 100% WC, add Prazi Day 8 = 100% WC, add Prazi Day 10 = 100% Wc, do not add Prazi |

Cos i see the Prazi Gold, it is liquid with alot of the Prazi residues. So i thought the treatment is for the fish to eat the Prazi residues to treat them. And how come you use this method? Add, Add, Do not Add, Add, Add, Do not Add. Is it not to let the fish immune to Prazi? |

Like I said b4 extreme kiasu method to make sure no parasites can survive. I learnt that from my South American forum friends. They confirmed this method by clinical tests, so I think it should be ok. Only when using antibiotics you have to complete whole course of medicine otherwise you can create resistant strains. First 4 days of treatment is very important for fish survival (normal this is more than enough for preventive treatment ) for any treatment, then allow to rest 2 days and kiasu do 2 more days just in case..It's every 2 days do 100% w/c. The 8th day onwards is for treatment of new egg hatching. |

No need liao. Managed to read thru the past postings to learn that de-worming come from feeding the gf with live food. So if one do not feed the gf with live food so the chances of it having "worms" inside its intestines should be low right?
