Only those tilapia gets lesser , maybe smaller one may be eaten when they are hungry.

That looks more like an Taiwan Reef Cichlid... the bigger of the 2 Cichlids and the catfish decided to go for the bigger fella. Impressive! It wouldn't happen in my tank cos I'm not keeping these catfish with my cichlids
